Anita is such a pleasure to work with. She helped my finance and I purchase our first home in Kansas City, MO. We are from out of state and did not know anyone or anything in KC, but had a very specific idea of the realtor we wanted to work with and Anita was everything we could’ve asked for and so much more. Having just a short week to look for houses, Anita went above and beyond to get us our house. She is extremely professional, organized, knowledgeable and helps with every stage of the home buying process. Anita is a true blessing and we hope to work with her again in the future!

Anita was an immeasurable help in find a home from two times zones away. I was relocating due to work and had a limited amount of time to see homes. So limited that she helped me see 30 properties over two days. Added to that I was looking for a fixer-upper in a fast market, so most of those houses weren't move-in ready. She was quite the trooper. A few weeks after that weekend visit, I ended up purchasing one of those 30 homes in Kansas City, MO. She was knowledgeable, fun, and very adaptable when trying to do things on the fly, and just the best in communication all of the various options when buying a home. This wasn't my first home purchase, but she'll certainly get the call on the next one
