Anita was amazing. She was really patient in listening to our needs for a new home. We called her on a Saturday morning at 10 am to say we were interested in a house. Exactly 2 hours later she was at the house showing it to us. We put in an offer that same day. She know Kansas City and doesn't try to push her ideas on you. She is a very good listener. I would recommend her to anyone moving to the Kansas City metro.

We hardly know how to describe Anita Cordell as a realtor, because she is so much more. She listened our needs. Anita took time to understand our situation and worked hard on our behalf to sell our home. And she put that same energy into helping us find the right new home! She is firmly in your corner, start to finish. Always available to address any concerns, pays attention to the details and would speak up on our behalf.
